DESCRIPTION:Mercer Boardwalk will be hiring 135 restaurant staffers for its
  first three restaurant locations: Barrel & Bones\, Black Agave Cocina y C
 antina and Dough Bro’s To Go. The restaurants are slated to open this fall
 . \nThe restaurants will begin taking applications on-property\, 1980 LBJ
  Freeway in Farmers Branch\, daily beginning Monday\, Sept. 25 from 9 a.m.
  to 3 p.m. There will also be a casting call on Thursday\, Sept. 28 from 1
 0 a.m. to 4 p.m. Training for accepted applicants will begin the week of O
 ct. 9. \nLocated at one of the region’s most visible locations\, the south
 east intersection of Luna Road and the I-635 frontage road in Farmers Bran
 ch\, Mercer Boardwalk will feature eight or more dining destinations and e
 xtensive retail when development is complete. \nTo get there\, take the so
 uthern LBJ frontage road off Luna Road (near the Quik Trip) eastbound till
  you arrive at Mercer Boardwalk. \nThe three restaurants seeking applicant
 s will offer a variety of fare for Farmers Branch diners: Barrel & Bones C
 raft Bar and Smokehouse \, the elevated smokehouse renowned for its mouthw
 atering smoked brisket\, tender turkey\, savory sausages and other traditi
 onal barbecue favorites\, will feature Chef Omar Adame’s contemporary and
  fresh interpretations of classic favorites to Farmer’s Branch.  Black Aga
 ve Cocina y Cantina will bring a taste of Mexican tradition and celebratio
 n to Mercer Boardwalk. The restaurant’s upscale interpretations of both Te
 x-Mex and traditional Mexican cuisine are complemented by the extensive co
 cktail list\, including an impressive tequila and mezcal program. Dough Br
 o’s To Go offers a full menu of pizza\, pasta and other Italian favorites
