  Guests will have a chance to enjoy a four-course dinner paired with an un
 forgettable comedy show featuring headliner Paul Varghese. \nVarghese has
  been seen on Comedy Central and Showtime\, performed at the Just for Laug
 hs festivals in Canada and opened for world renown comedians like Russell
  Peters\, Dave Chappelle and the late Joan Rivers. \nThe night will be hos
 ted by the hilarious Dallas-based comedian GretchYo  and will also feature
  two incredibly talented comedians\, John Brown and Emily Grefer . \nBourb
 on & Banter will treat its guests to an elegant dinner. The menu for eveni
 ng includes four courses: \n First Course \nChuckling Cheese Curiosities \
 nMini mozzarella cheese curds with a side of giggle gravy \n  \n Second Co
 urse \nHahah-Ahi Tuna and Avocado Tower Salad \nTuna poke in a soy-lime vi
 naigrette with diced avocado on baby arugula\, topped with crispy wontons
  \n  \n Third Course \nThe Funny Bone \nBone-in osso bucco martillo braise
 d in a red wine reduction with mushrooms and grilled Kennebec potato pucks
