  Arun Rama\, and Brooke Jefferson.  \n The night will be hosted by the hil
 arious Dallas-based comedian GretchYo \, who describes her comedic style a
 s “wildly inappropriate” but surely entertaining. \n Peng Dang ’s humor is
  a fusion of both his modern and traditional Asian experiences moving from
  China to the United States. Watch him share his stories in a hilarious wa
 y. \n Arun Rama harbors a unique fish out of water perspective on life\, l
 ove\, and everything in between that leave audiences thirsty for more. His
  one-of-a-kind perspective will leave you in splits. \n Brooke Jefferson h
 as been called the Jane Goodall of men. She shares stories from the front
  lines of her male-dominated workspace and delves into the perils of moder
 n dating.  \n Bourbon & Banter will treat its guests to an elegant dinner.
  The menu for evening is as follows: \n Amuse Bouche \n Beef tartare on a
  crostini. \n First Course \n Sweet tea-brined pork chops served with roas
 ted red pepper mashed potatoes and grilled broccolini. \n Second Course \n
  Steelhead trout en papillote served over steamed jasmine rice. \n Dessert
