DESCRIPTION:Thursday nights this summer will be extra special in Rockwall a
 s the city presents its annual Concert by the Lake series. Held at The Har
 bor between 7 and 9 p.m. each week from May through July\, the concerts fe
 ature a wide assortment of musical artists. On June 5\, Big City Outlaws w
 ill take the stage. \nBig City Outlaws jumps the fence from country to Top
  40 with a one-of-a-kind show that has crowds dancing to current popular m
 usic as well as classic hits. The eight musicians and vocalists got their
  start in 2014 and have become one of the biggest country dance bands in T
 exas. \nThe free concerts take place on the Amphitheater Stage at The Harb
 or\, 2059 Summer Lee Drive\, on the shores of beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard.
  Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets\, picnics and beve
 rages. Rockwall restaurants provide a variety of food choices. Concerts ta
 ke place unless there is rain or severe weather at showtime\; however\, th
 e start of a show can be delayed if it appears rain will stop soon. Check
