DESCRIPTION:For 40 years\, one of the nation’s most impressive and unique I
 ndependence Day celebrations has been held in Addison\, Texas. While 4.4 s
 quare-mile Addison is only home to 17\,000 residents\, more than a half-mi
 llion guests from across the nation come each year to celebrate Addison Ka
 boom Town! ® on July 3. \n  \nThe Addison Kaboom Town! ® 25-minute-long fi
 reworks show is among the best in the nation. Before the fireworks\, there
 ’ll be high-energy music at Addison Circle Park from one of the hottest co
 untry dance bands in Texas\, Big City Outlaws and Texas’ most popular part
 y band\, Emerald City\, who will also perform after the fireworks. Familie

 orks show will be preceded by an aerial spectacle that can be seen from mi
 les away. The Addison Airport Air Show will begin at 7:30 p.m. that evenin
 g\, two hours prior to the fireworks show. This year’s Addison Air Show wi
 ll feature a choreographed skydive\, historic warbirds\, and stunt pilots
  in aerobatic planes. The air show will conclude with a thrilling pyrotech
