This year, there are new ways to explore the Addison food scene during the festival. The Chow Hall will showcase signature items from dozens of restaurants. The Tasty Truck Stop will highlight a variety of food trucks and lawn games. A diverse lineup of cuisines will be featured on the WorldEats Street, a global food village for a taste around the world. Then there’s the Tasting Hut which offers a complimentary taste from select establishments. Guests will also enjoy several pop-up and unique restaurant experiences, including a Sunday Brunch onsite.

Fun drink experiences round out the culinary arts. The Corkyard is the perfect place to relax and unwind with a glass of wine. The Speakeasy offers a selection of spirits and full-sized cocktails. Both areas feature drink tastings and live music and entertainment throughout the day. Entry to the Corkyard and Speakeasy are an additional $20 each. An expanded Beer Lawn will be near the main stage for those interested in grabbing a beverage and gearing up for the music.

Taste Addison also offers a beat for every listener. The WFAA Main Stage will showcase national talent including Sugar Ray on Friday; Toadies, Vertical Horizon, and Hot Chelle Rae on Saturday; and Hunter Hayes on Sunday. Additional areas throughout the park showcase an astonishing array of talent including dancers, musicians, jugglers, fire skills and more.

The visual arts are bringing a whole new vibe to this year’s event. The Addison Theatre Centre will transform into the event’s first immersive experience and a pop-up sensory experience can be found in the Stone Cottage. The Sip & Stroll Art Walk showcases over a dozen juried artisans and opportunities for a glass of vino. A cadre of chalk artists will create temporary masterpieces onsite. The Hall of Art will highlight a dozen creative artisans selling their work.

Additional family entertainment this year includes a Bite-Sized Backyard kids’ area with family activities and the return of the Taste Addison Carnival.
