It is said that eating raw oysters is like getting a salty kiss from the ocean. On Monday, March 31 – National Oysters on the Half Shell Day -- Fish City Grill and Half Shells will feature their new proprietary oyster, the Mystic Mermaid, for $18 for a half-dozen oysters.
The Mystic Mermaid is sourced from Cape Cod Oyster Company – New England’s premier oyster farmer. The briny, sweet oysters are served with a refreshing cucumber-citrus mignonette created by Executive Chef Molly Winkler and made in-house.
