• Prime Rib ($48)
  • Served with a variety of side options including rosemary fingerling potatoes, pork belly, creamed spinach served in cast iron, glazed carrots, creamy horseradish and au jus
  • Lamb Chops ($44)
    • Paired with creamy polenta, Parmesan Reggiano, glazed carrots, roasted cippolini, lamb jus
    • For those with a sweet tooth, Texas Pecan Pie with Bourbon Whipped Cream also will be available.
