North Texas dining destination III Forks is celebrating Derby Day with a menu of specialty cocktails on Saturday, May 3. Try a classic Maker’s Mark Mint Julep, with muddled mint and sugar topped with a generous pour of Maker’s Mark served over crushed ice, or a drink like the El Diablo, with Casamigos Blanco, lime juice, ginger syrup and Crème de Cassis. Cocktails on the Derby menu are $10 each and are available in the bar and by request in the dining room.
