August is right around the corner, and families are gearing up for the upcoming school year. While some parents have already begun back-to-school shopping, many in North Texas plan to cross off their lists during the Texas Sales Tax Holiday on August 8 – 10. To turn the busy weekend into a fun experience, Galleria Dallas is planning an exciting schedule of events for the whole family to enjoy.

At 11:30 a.m., young kids can catch a free Showtime Saturday set by The Ramazinis – former Ringling Bros Circus clowns bringing the laughs with comedy, juggling, magic and acrobatics.

Then, at 2 p.m., the Plano Senior High Planoettes drill team will wow guests with an energetic performance in the shopping center’s corridors.

Between shows and shopping, families are encouraged to enjoy a round of ice skating then stop by the Catch Up & Read wall on Level 1 near Sephora to have complimentary professional photos taken Friday – Sunday from 1 – 5 p.m.
