Dan’s Bagels – a North Texas favorite known for its hand-rolled sourdough bagels – is celebrating Memorial Day with a limited-time rainbow bagel. Available Tuesday, May 20, through Sunday, May 25, this festive red, white and blue bagel features Dan’s signature sourdough swirl, and can be enjoyed with house-made schmears or fresh fixings.

Dan’s is also collaborating with The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque to offer two bold brisket bagel sandwiches, each packed with more than 3 oz. of the BBQ joint’s famous chopped brisket.

• The Texas Twist comes with chopped brisket, pepper jack cheese, pickled onions and Boar’s Head dill pickles on a jalapeño cheddar bagel.
• The Brisket Sunrise includes bacon, egg and cheese, chopped brisket and a hash brown on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. Think of it as a twist on the Texas Twinkie that The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque is known for.[EH1] 

Dan’s Bagels is open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, closed on Mondays, at 301 Trophy Lake Drive in Trophy Club.
