The Statler, Dallas’ mid-century gem, has been known since its inception as where Dallas goes for fun. New to the lineup is a live music series at three of the hotel’s dining and drinking establishments.
Bourbon & Banter, the region’s longest-running speakeasy, will feature intimate, instrumental music appropriate for the swanky underground lounge. Each Thursday from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m., a curated collection of artists will perform.
On Thursdays, Jan. 15 and 29, Billboard No.1 chart-topping saxophonist Vandell Andrew will take the stage. Andrew is also a Soul Train Award nominee for Best Contemporary Jazz Performance.
