The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas will offer special events this January at its recently refreshed Spa & Salon, inviting guests to awaken the senses and discover new methods of self-care to begin the new year.

On Jan. 17 from 8:30 a.m.- 9:30 a.m., the Spa & Salon will offer a free Arctic Awakening Ritual and Tasting Experience. Begin with an invigorating morning plunge ritual in the outdoor resort pool, guided by intentional breathwork to harmonize mind and body. The experience starts with grounding breath techniques to prepare the nervous system before a revitalizing cold-water immersion in the resort pool. This guided cold-therapy ritual promotes circulation, mental clarity and deep energetic renewal. The experience continues with access to spa amenities and a private tasting of the resort’s new spa menu.
