On Feb. 17, Scout at The Statler will laissez le bon temps rouler (let the good times roll) for Fat Tuesday.

Sip festive cocktails like a classic Hurricane ($12) with rum, passion fruit juice, orange juice, lime and grenadine with a citrus garnish, or a French 75 ($12) with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and prosecco.

Pair the drinks with Scout’s food specials, including Jambalaya ($16) with shrimp, chicken, sausage, red beans and peppers, white rice and Cajun spices; a Shrimp Po Boy ($14) with fried shrimp and remoulade sauce; or Louisiana Red Beans and Rice ($15) with andouille sausage. Finish with New Orleans Bread Pudding ($10) drizzled with bourbon sauce.
