The Statler, Dallas’ mid-century gem, has been known since its inception as where North Texans go for fun. Three of the lifestyle hotel’s dining and drinking establishments are continuing their live music series in February.
Scout, the hotel’s iconic sports bar, is where adventure awaits. Now, guests will have a chance to experience some of the region’s most entertaining pop, country and classic rock bands. Live entertainment will run from 9 p.m. to midnight each Friday and Saturday night.
On Friday, Feb. 27, catch a set by four-person indie-rock band Double Bear. The band is known for its high-energy performances and genre-blending sound. Drawing inspiration from 1970s-era psychedelia and the gritty edge of 1990s Seattle rock, Double Bear layers in a distinctive Southern swagger that sets it apart on the Texas music scene.
