In honor of Repeal Day, III Forks will feature a classic Prohibition-era cocktail, Bee’s Knees, to celebrate the 92nd anniversary of the repeal of Prohibition on Dec. 5, 1933. On Friday, Dec. 5, the restaurant will feature the popular cocktail, which contains The Botanist Gin, fresh lemon juice, Peach Reàl, Monin Honey Syrup and orange juice.

In addition to the Bee’s Knees, diners can enjoy the limited-time “Always in Fashion” cocktail collection, which puts a refreshing twist on three traditional beverages that pair perfectly with the elevated dishes for which the steakhouse is known. The Always in Fashion collection is available through Jan. 19.
