The New Year’s Eve Holiday Tenderloin To-Go Pack serves three to four people and comes with a red wine shallot reduction, whipped potatoes, sugar snap peas and off-the-cob cream corn for $265. Add a Chocolate Ganache Cake or Texas Pecan Cake to-go for $52 each, or the Silver Fox New York Cheesecake for $60.
