This “Texas Tapas” reception includes a welcome drink from Rollertown Beerworks, a local brewery owned by local celebrities Jeff “Skin” Wade and Ben Rogers, as well as a variety of bites from the Omni culinary team. Guests can expect to taste Texas Bruschetta, Smoked BBQ Meatballs, Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs, Cowboy Cream Puffs, and more! Guests will also experience a tasting of three additional beers from Rollertown Beerworks, including their signature Stout War Daddy, Juice Syrum, and The Big German.
