Redbird/Southwest Center Mall Invites Job Seekers on Wednesday, Oct. 4

On the heels of a previous 100K Hiring Fair in May where over 700 individuals received on-the-spot job offers, Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas is gearing up for another event on Wednesday, Oct. 4 at Redbird Mall. The event, open to all job-seekers, will run from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the mall’s atrium section, with over 30 different companies including Starbucks, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and others.

“We had over 2,000 attendees at our previous 100K event at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center and almost half walked out with a job in hand,” stated Laurie Bouillion-Larrea, president of Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas. “We’d like nothing more than to meet or exceed those numbers at our Oct. 4 hiring fair at Redbird Mall.”
