Parish First Grade Soccer Goes Blue!

Parish Episcopal's First Grade soccer teams held their annual fall Red vs. Blue scrimmage Saturday on the school's beautiful new blue turf field.  The boys played a spirited, competitive, and fun game before cheering parents and friends on the sidelines.

Speedy Cyrus Patel scored his first two goals of the season for the Blue team while rugged Noah Knobler scored two of his own to pace the Red.  Head-of-School Dave Monaco took a break from the Parish Preview open house to take in some of the action, and scout the school's future soccer stars.

After the game, the boys enjoyed pizza and cupcakes and each received trophies for a well-played season.  Another season in the books, it's on to homework and holidays for the boys.  See you for more soccer in the spring!
