Jason Hursh, who graduated from Trinity Christian Academy (TCA) in 2010, was the first pick by the Atlanta Braves in the recent MLB draft. Upon graduating from TCA, Hursh went on to pitch for Oklahoma State University, holding a 6-5 record, 86 strikeouts and 16 starts. While pitching for TCA, Hursh was recognized as the 2010 TAPPS 1-5A MVP.
Hursh was the 31st pick overall in the MLB draft.
