On January 28, come out for one of the biggest rivalry varsity basketball games of the season! In the Battle for the Saddle, Jesuit won the football game, WT White won the first basketball game, and this game will determine who is in the lead. The game will be at WT White at 7 p.m. and the first 100 fans will receive free thunder stix sponsored by Teen CONTACT. 

Teen CONTACT is a program dedicated to teens by providing telephone crisis prevention services to teens in the Dallas area. In addition, Teen CONTACT has a number of outreach programs designed to bring education and information about current issues into classrooms and youth centers around the metroplex. Teen CONTACT also serves as a resource center for educators, counselors, youth group leaders and parents by providing links to other agencies regarding teen issues (contactcrisisline.org).

The Battle for the Saddle is an ancient rivalry between WT White and Jesuit. They go to war through sports in order to attain the ultimate trophy: a giant saddle. 

So come on out and enjoy some primetime basketball as the war wages on for Battle for the Saddle!
