Forest Park Medical Center, the Dallas-based physician-owned hospital system dedicated to providing unsurpassed surgical care, has finalized an agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) to participate in their PPO, HMO Blue Texas and PAR networks for its Frisco and Southlake hospitals, effective Aug. 15, 2014.

The new agreement at Frisco and Southlake Forest Park Medical Center campuses, along with the agreement already in place at the Dallas facility, means BCBTX members will now have access to in-network care at all operating Forest Park hospitals.

Founded in 2009, Forest Park Medical Center currently operates surgical specialty care hospitals in Dallas, Frisco and Southlake with plans to open locations in Fort Worth and San Antonio later this year, and Austin in 2015.
