DALLAS – Nov. 30, 2017 – NAI Robert Lynn, a company specializing exclusively in selling and leasing commercial real estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, has recently named two commercial real estate veterans to its executive leadership team. Jim Hancock will serve as senior vice president in the capital markets division and Robert Hoodis has been appointed managing partner of the newly established investment division. As senior vice president, Hancock will focus on industrial property investments, leveraging his experience and submarket knowledge to help his clients realize the highest value for their assets. Hoodis will lead the new investment division, overseeing acquisitions and investments in North Texas, and hiring a team of specialists in analytics and business development.

Hancock has 32 years of experience in real estate with a variety of roles including brokerage, project leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and development in industrial, office, retail and multifamily industries. Most recently, Hancock was senior vice president at CMC-Commercial Realty Group, Inc. and managing director at SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas Tech University and has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has served as a designee on the board of directors, and has held the role of chairman for both the programs and education committees for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Additionally, Hancock also served on the board of directors for the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and is a licensed broker in Texas.
Hoodis is a seasoned executive in the real estate investment industry with more than $200 million in transactions. His most recent experience was as principal at Rainier Realty Investments, LP, where he spearheaded acquisitions and development of medical real estate. He was also partner at EDGE Medical Ventures, where he worked on freeway land and medical acquisitions and development. Hoodis earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science at The University of Texas at Austin.
