EJES Engineering Firm Relocates Headquarters in Dallas

EJES Inc., a minority-owned civil engineering and land development firm, recently announced its headquarters is moving in Dallas this November. The company has signed a new lease for approximately 17,300 square feet of space located at North Central Plaza III, 12801 Central Expressway. NAI Robert Lynn’s Kent Smith, SIOR represented EJES, and helped the growing firm secure 15 percent more space in its new headquarters location.

“Since 2000, we’ve called the Lone Star State our home,” said Edwin Jones, CEO and president of EJES. “The property we’ve selected was attractive for many reasons including proximity to Dallas’ major highways, a wide range of amenities for our staff and improved building quality. We look forward to growing our team here in the future.”

North Central Plaza offers Class-A office space in a unique, multi-tenant environment that emphasizes on-site amenities including a deli, complimentary weekly shoe shine, fitness center, conference center and a courtyard. The high-rise tower is also centrally located near high-end residential living, retail, restaurants and parks.

“Dynamic companies such as EJES are seeking upgraded and amenitized office spaces in a collaborative environment,” adds Smith. “All of these factors will support the company’s growth and create a space where employees will be excited to come to work each day.”

EJES currently operates six offices across Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. The firm is involved in several North Texas projects including the renovations of Terminals B and E at DFW International Airport and phase two of the S.M. Wright Freeway construction in conjunction with the City of Dallas and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
