Belk Galleria Dallas Hosts Fall Fashion Preview with Sean and Catherine Lowe
Belk Galleria Dallas hosted a fall fashion Q&A and meet and greet with Sean and Catherine Lowe. TV host Amy Vanderoef moderated the event along with ABC’s former Bachelor Jake Pavelka.
The crowd was excited to greet Sean and Catherine Lowe, who now reside in Dallas after Sean’s proposal on the show in season 17. Catherine wore a Taylor fit and flare dress in brown/black complemented by leopard print Sam Edelman heels. Sean sported a casual look with a Calvin Klein Jeans nylon moto jacket and Levi’s slim straight fit twill jeans in gray with Kenneth Cole shoes.
The fashion preview included five looks, each featuring one of Belk’s Fall Style Statements. The looks were styled by Belk’s personal shopper and stylist, Charmaine Marshall.
Look #1: Sharp Cuts
Model Carlotta Lennox showcased the Sharp Cuts look, which is sleek and chic, featuring ultra-modern textiles. She wore pieces from Calvin Klein, BCBG and Vince Camuto.
Look #2: Rugged Individualist
Model Devin Way was styled in the Rugged Individualist look, which resembles a rough-hewn style. He wore pieces from Kenneth Cole, Chip & Pepper, Buffalo and Frye.
Look #3: Uptown Folk
Model Trena Ritz showed off the Uptown Folk look, which features a cultural mish mash and handcrafted couture. She wore pieces from Free People, Taylor and Sage, as well as Willow and Clay.
Look #4: Urban Athletics
Model David McKay sported the Urban Athletics look, where fashion meets function. The look featured pieces from Polo, Lucky and Dune.
Look #5: Town & Country
Model Maggie Parks was lovely in the Town & Country look, featuring luxe with a trad twist with pieces from Eileen Fisher and Free People.
Catherine’s favorite look was Sharp Cuts, commenting on the mix of patterns highlighted. “I always say, dress for your body,” said Catherine. “I have a more conservative style, but like to amp it up with something fun. A perfect example is what I’m wearing — this Taylor dress that has a great knee length, as well as these fun Sam Edelman heels (both from Belk Galleria Dallas).”
Sean’s favorite look of the evening was Urban Athletics. “I dress for comfort,” said Sean. “My style tip for guys is to just be comfortable — and make sure your wife likes what you’re wearing.”
The crowd enjoyed getting to know the Lowe couple, as they provided style tips that were relatable and approachable. Prior to the public appearance, Belk hosted a private VIP reception for local media and influencers. Guests took photos with Sean, Catherine, Jake and Amy, as well as enjoyed light bites and cocktails, courtesy of Zodiac Vodka.
