Weinstein has handled contract disputes and cases across many areas of IP, including patents, copyright, trademarks and trade secrets. At KK LLP, she will focus on civil litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation.

Weinstein began her career at Thompson Knight, focusing on commercial and IP litigation. Prior to joining KK LLP, she practiced at Loewinsohn Flegle Deary LLP. Weinstein was recognized as a “Rising Star” in the area of Intellectual Property Law by the Texas Bar Association
in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
Weinstein earned her J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University; her B.S. from Texas A&M University where she graduated as a Distinguished Student; and her B.A. from The University of Texas.
