In an amazing coincidence of the calendar, National Taco Day and National Vodka Day happen to fall on the same day each year, Oct. 4. Barrel & Bones, which celebrates the art of in-house smoked barbecue, will mark the occasion with a pair of specials good that day at all three restaurant locations in Dallas, Carrollton and The Colony.
On Oct. 4, diners will have a rare chance to get the regular Taco Tuesday special on a Wednesday. For National Taco Day, the restaurant will offer $2 proper street tacos with smoked chicken tinga or al pastor; quesabirria tacos are available for $3. For National Vodka Day, Barrel & Bones will partner with beloved Texas vodka brand Tito’s and offer $5 Tito’s cocktails all day long, including Not Your Grandma’s Paloma (pictured), which features Tito’s along with grapefruit juice, lime juice, rosemary simple and a Tajin rim.
Specials cannot be combined with any other offer; good for dine-in or take-out. Take-out orders must be placed by calling the restaurant.
