III Forks Chef Chris Vogeli has long been known as one of Texas’ most knowledgeable creators of fabulous steak and chops. However, the steakhouse legend also has an amazing command of fish and shellfish as well. On Friday, Oct. 20, the chef will celebrate the fruits of the sea with a spectacular seafood wine dinner. For $250 per person, guests will enjoy a chic cocktail hour, five courses of decadent seafood paired with some of the finest wines of Europe and a decadent dessert course.
