Barrel & Bones, the craft smokehouse located in The Colony at 2801 Plano Parkway, is partnering with Insolito Tequila to host a one of a kind tequila dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 1.
The menu features three lavish courses, each served with a specially paired cocktail featuring Insolito’s line of tequilas.
Tickets for the Insolito Tequila Dinner are $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.

First Course
Spring Berries Ceviche with a Kumquat Margarita
- Strawberry and lime marinated jumbo shrimp and whitefish, red onion, green tomato, cilantro, avocado, strawberry crumbs, nixtamal corn tostadas
- Insolito Blanco, muddled kumquats, lime juice, Cointreau, hibiscus float, chile threads
Second Course
Chayote and Watermelon Salad with a Cucumber-Mint Collins

Roasted Lechon with a Tequila Old Fashioned
