For Mother’s Day, Mom certainly deserves the best, and the most luxe and festive Mother’s Day brunch this year will be held on the lawn at the famed Ewing mansion at Southfork Ranch. This iconic destination will host Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

The brunch buffet features a wide array of fruit and cheese, three types of salads, an omelet station plus brunch favorites including French toast and chicken and waffles. There will be two carving stations offering prime rib with au jus and horseradish cream and brown-butter pineapple glazed ham, an array of side dishes and a chef’s selection of sweets for dessert.

 

Brunch service includes a complimentary mimosa with the adult ticket along with assorted juices, iced water, tea and coffee. Additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including a Bloody Mary Bar, will be available for purchase.

Reservations for the Southfork Mother’s Day Brunch must be made in advance. Adults dine for $60 per person, and children ages 6-12 are $25. Reservations are available at https://sfrmothersday.eventbrite.com

 

Mother’s Day Brunch Menu

 

Fruit and Cheese Display with honey yogurt dipping sauce, crackers, grilled bread, roasted almonds, jams and honey.

 

Salad Station:

  • Spinach Salad with goat cheese, caramelized pecans, strawberries with balsamic and ranch dressing.
  • Chicken Salad
  • Tuna Salad

 

Omelet Station:

  • Eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, green onions, spinach, ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, goat cheese crumbles
  • Crispy Bacon

 

French Toast and Waffle Station:

  • French Toast served with mascarpone cheese, macerated berries and maple syrup
  • Chicken and Waffles served with a black pepper maple gravy.

 

Carving Station:

  • Brown Butter Pineapple Glazed Ham
  • Beef Roast Carving Station with Au Jus

 

Sides:

  • Mac & Cheese
  • Sauteed Green Beans and Carrots
  • Rolls and Creamy Butter
