The Japanese Garden at the mesmerizing Fort Worth Botanic Garden is recognized in both spring and fall with a Japanese Festival, which celebrates Japanese art This year’s spring festival will be held April 20-21.
During the festival, Rock Springs Café, the food and beverage purveyor in the Fort Worth Botanic Garden, will be offering a sake bar in celebration of Japanese culture. The bar will feature both hot and cold sake and sake-based cocktails:
- Tropical Sake: Sake, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine
- Sake Mule: Sake, ginger beer, club soda, lime
- Sake Mojito: Sake, mint, club soda, lime
- Orange Sake Breeze: Sake, orange juice, club soda
Sake cocktails are priced at $12 each; cold and hot sake will be available for $9.
Advance tickets to the Japanese Festival are $12 adults, $10 seniors 65+, $6 kids 6-15 and free for kids 5 and younger. Tickets purchased the day of the event or at the door are $3 more. Find them at fwbg.org/japanesefestival.
