The Statler Dallas will celebrate Halloween in two vastly different ways for the second consecutive year. The festivities start on Friday, Oct. 29 for adults with “Afterlife,” then switch to child’s play with “Scare Fare” on Saturday, Oct. 30.
Afterlife is an exclusive party in the 12,000-square-foot Statler Grand Ballroom, which will be transformed into a lively, Halloween-themed space. Renowned international club DJ and remix artist A-Trak (pictured), who is known for incorporating highly technical turntable skills and scratching into his genre-spanning work, will perform. Opening for him is Dallas favorite, DJ Zillamatic.
Early bird tickets start at an astonishing $5 for this party. VIP admission, at $85, includes entrance through a separate VIP line and five drink tickets.

The following day, guests of all ages can take part in an expanded expression of the usual door-to-door trick-or-treating from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Statler’s Scare Fare. You’ll check in and receive a trick-or-treat kit with a map of all the candy stations located throughout the hotel, which will include each of The Statler’s restaurants and additional stations in the hotel lobby. Each stop on your map will offer a unique treat germane to the venue you’re visiting.
Scout will host a full-service, themed lunch with a la carte items, live music and plenty of games fit for all ages. Tickets will include four activation stations throughout the hotel lobby with candy and sweets for the children and food and beverage tastings for the adults, including the iconic Primo’s Signature Margarita! Visit all stations and receive a special lollipop prize.
