In the spirit of the fair, Refined Hospitality Concepts will offer guests its version of fair food for a limited time at its restaurants in The Statler Dallas – Overeasy, Primo’s MX Kitchen & Lounge, Scout and Sfereco.
At Overeasy, guests can have The Texas State Ranch Hand ($16), buttermilk biscuits, smoked brisket, spicy hot link, smoked bacon, two sunny-side-up eggs and roasted poblano gravy, served with traditional breakfast hash.
Primo’s Downtown location will offer a Midway Torta ($16) and a Deep Fried Cheesecake Pop ($10). The torta features pan bolillo, achiote pulled pork, Chihuahua cheese, roasted jalapeño crema, pickled onions and fresh cilantro and is served with South Texas Spicy Fries. The Deep Fried Cheesecake Pop takes New York-style cheesecake and deep-fries it, topping it with white chocolate sauce and crushed Oreos.
Scout will feature The Big Tex Loaded Baked Potato ($15, add chicken tenders for $5). This Texas-size baked potato comes with brisket burnt ends, whipped butter, house cheese blend, smoked bacon, sour cream, guacamole and crispy shallots.
Sfereco’s Downtown location will also offer the Deep Fried Cheesecake Pop for $10.
The State Fair specials will run through Oct. 17.
