North Texas’ most notable dining destination, III Forks, is celebrating DFW Restaurant Week with a special menu from Aug. 6 to Aug. 15. The prix fixe three course menu is $49 per person with the option to add featured cocktails or wine pairings for an additional price.

The tailored menu is available for dine-in and curbside pick up and includes:

First Course

Crawfish Bisque

Simmered with local cream, crawfish tail meat and bourbon

 

III Forks Salad

Mid-summer greens, tart green apples, pecans and Wisconsin blue cheese in a maple pecan vinaigrette

 

Steakhouse Wedge

Young tender iceberg with smoked bacon, tomatoes, spring onions and creamy blue cheese
