Cantina Laredo may showcase the cuisine of modern Mexico, but this summer it’s letting its American pride show as well. From the opening ceremonies in Paris through the entirety of the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad, Cantina Laredo will celebrate Americans as they go for the gold with a one-of-a-kind cocktail. The restaurant is bringing back the fun and refreshing USA ‘Rita – a patriotic twist on the restaurant’s signature Casa ‘Rita. The USA ‘Rita features colorful red, white and blue layers with flavors of Blue Cura?ao and strawberry puree.
