LVI, the acclaimed fine dining destination located in The Statler, will host a special dinner highlighting the wines of Caymus Vineyards, a Napa Valley winery famous for varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon. The Sept. 21 dinner will feature a four-course menu curated by Chef Leo Morales. Caymus Brand Ambassador Robert Tousley will be the featured speaker. Lemon curd and white chocolate in a flaky crust, served with house-made citrus mint sorbet.
