Nosh Bistro, a Refined Hospitality Concepts (RHC) restaurant, will host a wine and food pairing experience on Saturday, May 9 at 6 p.m. Participants can join virtually via Facebook or in person at Nosh Bistro. RHC Corporate Executive Chef Ryan Carbery will join RHC CEO Robert Hall, a noted wine expert, to host the dinner. The in-person dinner with wine pairings is $83 per person. A pre dinner Diplomatico Mojito can be purchased for an additional $14 per person. For carry out, the meal is $38 per couple with additional charges for bottles of the wine pairings and Diplomatico Mojito cocktail kit.
The three course menu includes jumbo lump crab dip paired with Jayson Chardonnay, beef tenderloin paired with Orin Swift Papillon and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake paired with J Sparkling Rose.
Spacing and capacity in the dining area will be adjusted to meet the state’s restaurant orders for social distancing.
