Each month, the distinguished steakhouse will offer two Sommelier for a Day opportunities. On the first and third Wednesday of each month from 5-7 p.m., guests can help select featured wines for the coming month for only $30 per person.
For February 2020, the restaurant will showcase varietals from the renowned Napa Valley. Several wines will be poured by the III Forks Wine Director and paired with hand-passed hors d’oeurves created by Executive Chef Chris Vogeli.
The favored wine will win a place on the III Forks menu for the month of March.
