Have you ever wanted the chance to be a sommelier at a fine dining restaurant? On the first Wednesday of each month from 5-7 p.m., guests can help select featured wines for the coming month. For $25 per person, guests will sample six wines selected by the restaurant’s Wine Director paired with hand-passed hors d’oeuvres.
Each month features a new theme. For January 2019 the restaurant will showcase wines of Italy. Five wines will be poured and served alongside tasty passed treats.
The favored wine will win a place on the Silver Fox menu for the month of February.
