Have you ever wanted the chance to be a sommelier at a fine dining restaurant with a world-class wine cellar? Each month, the renowned steakhouse will offer two Sommelier for a Day opportunities. On the first and third Wednesday of each month from 5-7 p.m., guests can help select featured wines for the coming month. For $30 per person, guests will sample six wines selected by the Wine Director at III Forks and paired with hand-passed hors d’oeuvres created by Executive Chef Chris Vogeli.
Each month features a new theme. For January 2018 the restaurant will showcase wines of the Italy. Six wines will be poured and served alongside tasty passed treats.
The favored wine will win a place on the III Forks menu for the month of February.
