Imani Black Studios will host a photography-focused pop-up gallery and studio featuring exhibitions, workshops and curated experiences. The space is set to open Saturday, May 16, coinciding with the Deep Ellum Wine Walk.

As patrons sip and stroll, they will find themselves in front of Imani Black Studios, where they are welcome to step inside Through My Lens, a capsule exhibition of Black’s work photographing concerts, portraits and landscapes, alongside records, books and magazines that reflect her artistic influences and personal perspective.

From 4 - 7 p.m., guests can explore the collection and meet with the artist. The opening of her own gallery and studio space in the neighborhood marks a new chapter and afull-circle moment, as Black previously designed a glass for the wine walk in 2022.
