As the sun sets, head to Waterproof, The Statler’s rooftop lounge, for a Fourth of July Pool Party and Fireworks Watch Party from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. With a $35 cover charge, the evening will feature entertainment, festive activations and panoramic views of the downtown Dallas skyline. Cool off with Red, White & Blue Popsicles ($10) and sip on limited-time cocktails including The Liberty Bellini ($18) with prosecco, strawberry puree and blueberries; The Liberty Mule ($18) featuring Tito’s Vodka, cranberry juice, ginger beer and lime; and The Sparkler ($18) with LALO Tequila, lime, jalapeño, simple syrup and club soda.
