The Statler, the iconic mid-century hotel in downtown Dallas, is celebrating Independence Day – and America’s 250th birthday – with dining specials, drink specials and a rooftop party perfect for watching fireworks.
Guests can kick off the holiday at Overeasy, The Statler’s go-to diner, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Independence Day menu features the BBQ Brisket Benedict ($17), served with biscuit, pickled red onions and paprika hollandaise; Red, White & Blue Pancakes ($14) with maple whipped butter; the Firecracker Omelet ($16) made with chorizo, pepper jack cheese, roasted corn, jalapeños, hashbrown potatoes and toast; and a decadent Champagne Cream Cake ($12) with blueberry and raspberry cream.
