The Statler, the iconic mid-century hotel in downtown Dallas, is celebrating Independence Day – and America’s 250^th birthday – with dining specials, drink specials and a rooftop party perfect for watching fireworks.

Scout, The Statler’s ultimate destination for fun, will celebratewith holiday-inspired food and drink offerings. Guests can enjoy classic American favorites, including the All-American Burger ($18) with BBQ sauce and baked potato salad; Baby Back Ribs ($20) with BBQ smoked bourbon sauce and corn on the cob; and Smoked Texas Sausage Rope ($18) with sauerkraut, mustard and baked beans. End the meal on a sweet note with the Champagne Cream Cake ($12).

Scout will also offer a festive lineup of cocktails, including Uncle Sam’s Punch ($16) made with Tito’s Vodka, lemonade, cranberry juice, blueberries, strawberries and club soda; the Star Spangled Spritz ($16) with Aperol, prosecco, club soda and strawberries; and The Patriot ($16) featuring Flor de Caña Rum, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and club soda.
