For the holidays, Trinity Christian Academy (TCA) fourth graders collected more than 1,100 boxes for Operation Christmas Child, a project to collect gift-filled shoe boxes to distribute to less fortunate children around the world. This is the 16th year TCA students have participated in the event, and after a season of preparing commercials and posters promoting the project, the students are excited for their shoe boxes to fulfill their purpose and reach children in need. These boxes, filled with toys, books, notes and hygiene items, were packed with love and will be sent to children in war-torn countries around the world.
