Recently, Trinity Christian Academy’s (TCA) inaugural pre-K class celebrated their 100th day of school with a time capsule burial and various 100th-themed activities. Two classes of 28 students collected special items to include in the time capsule such as a class photo, a newspaper from the burial day, hand-made art and the class’s favorite book. The students plan to dig up the time capsule in 12 years, when they are seniors at TCA.

Kindergarteners at TCA also came ready to celebrate the 100th day of school, donning their best 100-year-old attire. Some students wore mustaches, others temporarily painted their hair grey and a few students even used a cane! The kindergarteners also participated in various activities such as preparing snacks that include 100 items and assembling a chain of 100 paper clips as a memento of their 100th day celebration.
