If you tuned into KTXD-TV’s “The Broadcast” on Channel 47 on Wednesday morning, you would have seen executive Chef Ted Reemstma prepare specialty dishes from Table 13, Addison’s newest fine dining and live entertainment venue.
Chef Ted was on air for two segments of the show, just enough time to whip up a delicious Beef Wellington and creamy Strawberries Romanoff with the help of TV hosts Amy Kushnir and Lisa Pineiro. Along with cooking up two of Table 13’s most popular dishes, Chef Ted also shared with the audience how to make deviled eggs, cherries jubilee, and homemade pimento cheese with cheddar crackers in Table 13’s classic style.
The food highlighted on the show brought attention to Table 13’s unique retro-style food and dining experience. Table 13’s live music offerings, vintage cocktails and classic décor is reminiscent of 1960’s Vegas – raising the bar for fine dining experiences all around the metroplex. As host Lisa Pineiro said, Table 13 is “one of those restaurants that just sucks you in and makes you never want to leave.”
Located at Belt Line and Inwood Road, Table 13’s unique concept is the vision of restaurateur Mike McRae and business partner Gabe Nicolella. Together they have more than 70 years experience in the restaurant and nightclub industry.
Table 13 promises impeccable service served up alongside chef-prepared steaks, seafood and specialty dishes for lunchtime, dinner and late night crowds. Vintage drink offerings like the Zombie, Scorpion, Manhattan and French 75 add to the ambiance. $3 Martinis in the afternoon satisfy patrons with a thirst for a classic, liquid lunch.
Table 13 also offers live music Monday through Saturday evenings and a Baby Grand piano sets the stage for an elegant yet casually comfortable dining experience – perfect for corporate meetings, group gatherings or intimate conversations.
