DALLAS – March 6, 2015 – The NAI Robert Lynn Office Division recently represented Altair Global in a 13,960-square-foot expansion deal for its corporate headquarters. Altair Global is an independent, full-service global assignment and relocation management company offering a comprehensive selection of global mobility solutions. Dan Jardine III, Executive Vice President of the NAI Robert Lynn Office Division and who specializes in the white hot Legacy market, and Tom Lynn, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and President of the NAI Robert Lynn Office Division, represented Altair Global in the transaction.

DALLAS – Feb. 17, 2015 – The NAI Robert Lynn Industrial Division recently hired industry veteran John Leinbaugh as a managing partner of industrial leasing. Leinbaugh brings to Robert Lynn a portfolio totaling nearly 5 million square feet of Class “A” industrial space, which he’ll be responsible for. 

With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Leinbaugh has worked on the sale of land and commercial buildings, tenant representation, landlord representation, marketing and leasing of office and industrial properties and assisting in the design and development of commercial properties. Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Leinbaugh spent 20 years working with Industrial Developments International (IDI) and served most recently as the vice president of leasing.

The NAI Robert Lynn Office Division recently arranged the lease of 7,017 square feet of office space to Addison-based Solutions by Text (SBT), a company that identifies and streamlines communication efficiencies with a vast array of businesses. Nick Lee, market director for the NAI Robert Lynn Office Division, represented the tenant and secured the fifth floor space with exterior building signage located at 15110 N. Dallas Parkway.

Kornel Romada, vice president of the NAI Robert Lynn Retail Division and Spero Adamis, managing broker from Cornerstone Commercial, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Yolk, a high-end breakfast and lunch dining experience, began in 2006 in Chicago’s South Loop area. NAI Robert Lynn Industrial Division represents seller of former Blockbuster distribution center in McKinney 

DALLAS – August 18, 2014 – NAI Robert Lynn recently represented C-III Asset Management LLC, a subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners, in the sale of an industrial warehouse and distribution center located at 3000 Redbud Blvd. in McKinney, Texas. Dave Peterson, vice president of the NAI Robert Lynn Industrial Division, Rick Medinis, executive vice president of the NAI Robert Lynn Industrial Division and Mark Miller, president of NAI Robert Lynn represented C-III in the transaction.

The 888,096-square-foot facility sits on an accompanying 47.8 acres of land, formerly the Blockbuster, Inc. headquarters. The facility was sold to Saskaway Management Group after a two-year vacancy period. The center currently remains the single largest distribution site in the far northeast market of Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), and includes office space and a data center.

“In such a competitive market, we have not seen many industrial deals larger than 400,000 square feet, so we are proud to be among those few deals still being closed in the current market,” said Peterson. “This location, once suitable for the biggest movie distributor in America, will have no problems being leased by future tenants. There are many desirable amenities that make the center a great fit for several distribution companies in the area, and we expect to see tenants move in fairly quickly.”

The company is relocating its divisional offices from its current location in Carrollton, Texas. XPS Solutions, Ltd. Moves Headquarters in Richardson

NAI Robert Lynn Office Division Arranges 18,399-SF Lease in Class A Building

 

DALLAS – June 9, 2014 – NAI Robert Lynn recently arranged an 18,399-square-foot lease for XPS Solutions, Ltd in the  190 Tech Park I Class A building, located at 2703 Telecom Parkway in Richardson. The company is relocating its headquarters from its current office based in Richardson. With the move, the company increased its space by approximately 50 percent. Dave Peterson, vice president of the NAI Robert Lynn Industrial Division, Tom Lynn, president of the NAI Robert Lynn Office Division and James Davis, market director of the NAI Robert Lynn Office Division represented XPS Solutions.

Initially attracted to the building due to its close proximity to President George Bush Turnpike and North Central Expressway, XPS Solutions will establish its call center at the new office space. The 210,000-square-foot center has anchor stores such as Burlington Coat Factory and Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. and has high visibility to Interstate 635.
