Seniority Inc., a national senior living management company headquartered in Dallas, is pleased to announce that Jonathan Carrier has been promoted to chief development officer. In this role, Carrier will lead all real estate development, operations and acquisition efforts for Seniority Inc., and Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation (SQLC), a nationally recognized nonprofit organization which sponsors and operates life care communities. During his tenure with SQLC and Seniority Inc., Carrier successfully secured more than $250 million of financing and completed $150 million of development.

Prior to joining Seniority Inc., Carrier served as the vice president of development for SQLC and vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a senior member of the Dallas Market and Project Development. Carrier is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received a Master of Science in Construction Management. He serves on the advisory council for Make-A-Wish Foundation and is on the board of directors for the Children’s Cancer Fund.
