Seniority Inc., a national senior living management company headquartered in Dallas, is pleased to announce that Jonathan Carrier has been promoted to chief development officer. In this role, Carrier will lead all real estate development, operations and acquisition efforts for Seniority Inc., and Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation (SQLC), a nationally recognized nonprofit organization which sponsors and operates life care communities. During his tenure with SQLC and Seniority Inc., Carrier successfully secured more than $250 million of financing and completed $150 million of development.

“Jonathan’s focus and forward-thinking leadership style is a tremendous asset to our team as we expand into new markets and lead the senior living industry,” said Stan Waterhouse, president and CEO of Seniority Inc. “He has proven himself over the years, and we look forward to seeing the new and creative ideas he brings to the table. He has an extensive background in construction management, and I couldn’t think of a better person for this role as we continue to grow as a company. This is a well-deserved promotion.”

“I am thrilled to take on this leadership role at Seniority Inc., and I’ve received encouragement from many team members while transitioning into this new position,” said Jonathan Carrier, chief development officer of Seniority Inc. “I will continue to work hard and deliver results for all of our communities in Texas, Oklahoma, Indiana and California. My previous positions have prepared me for this move, and I am thankful for the trust that Stan and the rest of the Seniority team puts in me.”

Prior to joining Seniority Inc., Carrier served as the vice president of development for SQLC and vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a senior member of the Dallas Market and Project Development. Carrier is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received a Master of Science in Construction Management. He serves on the advisory council for Make-A-Wish Foundation and is on the board of directors for the Children’s Cancer Fund.
